Caleb Johnson Architects is dedicated to designing beautiful, useful, and lasting structures. We are inspired by opportunities to solve problems through thoughtful design. We offer custom design services for new homes, renovations, additions, commercial projects, and also have many years of experience in coastal ordinance reviews necessary for challenging waterfront properties.
Our team approach to the design process begins with a thorough understanding of both the site and our client’s needs and desires. Our passions include simplicity, naturally aging materials, pleasing proportions, and well-organized floor plans. We are LEED Certified and emphasize sustainable, high-performance building envelopes, as well as local and low-maintenance materials. Almost all of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals.
We have found that not only does the design/build model simplify the lives of our clients but also allows for smoother coordination and control over those specific design details critical to a project’s success.
