Van Dam Architecture and Design specializes in distinctive residences. For over 30 years, we have managed projects throughout New England. We have a substantial following in Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. We are members
of the American Institute of Architects. To complement our architectural services, we
offer a broad range of design services working with a team of consultants, many of
whom have collaborated with us for over 30 years, including former Van Dam associates
Paul Attardo and Stephen Pondelis at Attardo Pondelis Architecture. We believe
that good projects should be “of a piece.” Consistent and timeless home design is the
result of real collaboration between our clients, our firm, and the consultants who work
directly with us.
