I am an artist and greatly appreciate the quality of your product and have a daughter in the magazine field. We both greatly appreciate these two magazines for their content as well as the artistic point a view.

We own a second home in Maine that we are considering renovating. Thus, as I started my initial research for local architects, I stumbled upon your magazine! I am anxious to receive our first magazine in order to hopefully become more connected to Maine and all it has to offer! In addition to ideas for our future project(s)!

I love MH+D magazine. I grew up in Maine and have lived in San Francisco, CA for the past 27 years. Three years ago I bought a camp on Whitney Pond in Oxford. Even though I only get to spend a few weeks each summer there, your magazine with its' stunning photographs and insightful and informative articles transports me back throughout the year.

I have a home in Blue Hill, ME, as well as DC. Our three daughters and myself have all been struck by the strong graphic style and the articles that continue to educate us about the best that Maine has to offer. They live in San Francisco, New York and Washington and all of us have professional careers in communications, design, photography and film and even magazines. We all spend part time in Maine and hope to find time to come more over the next years. We love our little jewel of a place - Three Tides - dating from 1829- and hope to enjoy learning more over the next issues of Maine Home+Design. We are eager to incorporate your ideas with all of ours in the years to come- it is an undervalued part of the national scene and Maine style is emerging with your help.

I was delighted to pick up my January/February edition of MH+D to discover the beautiful Snow Lion Lodge at Sugarloaf. Living not too far down the road in Strong, I chose to read that article first. What I discovered in the story and photos brightened my day! I too have recently come from post Katrina New Orleans to settle in the Western Mountains. What a treat it was to look at that gorgeous home through my NOLA eyes then...the lovely old shutter, reminiscent of so many Victorian shotguns there, the artwork from some of the fine southern galleries and the warm feeling evident throughout the home. Thanks for sharing this unique residence. For me it was truly what we call in New Orleans a "lagniappe"!

I'm relatively new to the area and I've come across your magazine several times, it's truly one of the most beautifully produced magazines I've ever seen and I really hope you can continue it in the print format. It really stands out from the crowd!

I am originally from Maine and saw your magazine on a visit home. We will possibly be returning and will most likely build a home. Your magazine seems like a great resource!

I always pick up both magazines at the airport. When I leave Maine I like to get these magazines because reading them on the plane extends my time in Maine. After being in Maryland for a few months I realized I missed reading your wonderful publications and decided to subscribe. Twenty years ago I was lucky to be able to purchase a house on Great Diamond Island. I often bring copies of both magazines back to Maine to leave in my house on the island for visitors to enjoy.

I love the type of design and architecture you cover which is what prompted me to order the magazine. It's much more modern and eco than the Mass. or Boston design magazines, which is more our style.

We were looking around for good local publication online and in stores, and discovered Maine Home+Design. I bought the November/December issue and didn't look back. I have to say, I was impressed not only with the articles but with the setup and aesthetic appeal as well. My partner is a design professional, so we are always very picky and to be honest, a little snobby about the publications we support. We recently moved here from Philadelphia because we fell in love with Portland during a previous visit. We're convinced that Maine is probably the best state in the USA. I appreciate your personal effort to reach out and get involved with your readers. It speaks even more to the quality of the publication. I'm deeply fascinated by architecture and I greatly enjoyed the November/December issue. I look forward to reading your magazine and hopefully submitting an article in the future.
